AMusA (piano), LMusA (piano)
Anastasia Hronis began her musical education at the young age of three, when she began learning the piano. She has performed as a soloist at the Sydney Opera House seven times, with her first appearance at the age of four. Since then she has gone on to win over 60 first place prizes in numerous Sydney Eisteddfods, and perform at various recitals. She was awarded a full music scholarship to Presbyterian Ladies College Sydney in 2003. At the age of 14, Anastasia was awarded her Associate Diploma in Music (AMusA) in piano. She then went on to achieve full marks in her HSC for Extension Music. In 2011, Anastasia sat and passed her Licentiate Diploma in Music (LMusA) in piano.
Anastasia also plays the violin and viola. She began learning the viola at the age of nine and soon took to the violin as well. Throughout her high school years, she was an active member in orchestras and quartets, as well as pianist in the school trio.
Anastasia also has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with a Major in Music, from the University of Sydney. By incorperating the psychological principles learnt through the degree, she is able to ensure all students are performing to their full potential, while fostering an enjoyable and supportive learning environment.
