Studying music, dance, and drama for 12 years, Bronte has performed with prestigious companies including Opera Australia, The Australian Theatre for Young People, and Oxfam International and is frequently sought after to perform at corporate events, including private functions at the homes of Channel 7 CEO, David Leckie and Executive Chairman of Aussie Home Loans, John Symonds. Bronte has just graduated from the McDonald Performing Arts College as a music stream student on a full scholarship. Bronte has performed in 14 musicals – her most recent and notable productions include The Australian Amateur Premiere of Little Women playing the lead role of Jo March, and earlier this year with Sydney Youth Musical Theatre playing the lead role of Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie. In September this year, Bronte won the prestigious Contemporary Singer of the Year competition with Sydney Eisteddfod. Having been exposed to such an array of styles throughout the eisteddfod, Bronte has developed a unique approach to her music, with hopes to use her quirky Musical Theatre edge to further her dreams of becoming a successful Australian musician. Bronte currently studies musical theatre at The Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne where she now resides.
