My name is David Wilder, and I have been playing the Guitar for more than half my life.

I have been teaching on the Gold Coast for over a year, and want to take on more students.

I have been playing professionally for Bands for 6 years, and this has given me the opportunity to tour around the whole country doing what I love. From Perth, to Brisbane, and everywhere in between.

I play everything from Acoustic soft Rock, to Shred styled guitar to the likes of Yngwie, Jason Becker, Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, etc.

I am also a Diploma of Music graduate of 2011.

Styles: Acoustic, Soft Rock, Electric, Blues, Rock, Metal, Shred,

Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Suitability: Ages 9 to 90 years

Pricing: $25 per half hour, $40 per hour.

Any level of playing is welcome! Beginner students through to Advanced.

For Newer players, we get to cover things like Chord Progressions, Playing over Chords, and having fun! You will be playing your first full song after your first lesson if you’ve never picked up the Guitar before!

For more advanced players, we will delve deeper into the Theoretical, and the Technical, to open up your mind when it comes to writing Music, develop techniques, and work towards playing blazing fast. We will cover things like Modes, Arpeggios, Target Notes, Substitute Modes/Scales, Deeper Alternate Picking and Legato Techniques, Riffs, and much more to take your playing to the next level.

Learn in a Private setting, with Guitars and Amps available in house. Come in, pick up one of the guitars, and get playing!
