Master in Music (Performance Teaching) (ongoing), Diploma in Music (Piano), ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano, ABRSM Grade 8 in Theory
Ed is currently pursuing a Master of Music (Performance Teaching) in the University of Melbourne, and holds a Diploma in Music (Piano) from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore.
Throughout his career as a musician, Ed has enjoyed working with people through ensemble work and education. He has extensive experience providing musical guidance to professional and amateur pianists, accompanying vocalists for exams and competitions, and directing choir rehearsals.
Ed has conducted youth choirs that performed admirably nationally and internationally. He loves bringing budding musicians into the wondrous world of music, and his eclectic interests in psychology and educational philosophy gives him an all-rounded approach to music teaching.
Ed teaches both classical and popular music, depending on each student’s needs.
