“I wish I had learnt an instrument when I was younger.”
Sound familiar? Don’t let that be your child! Book their FREE first lesson today.
My name is Elliott Sarre, I am 19 years old and located in the Norwood area, Adelaide. I offer both individual and group lessons to primary and high school age students looking to learn the guitar. I can either make home visits, or students can visit me at my home studio.
I have a strong passion for musical education, firmly believing that everyone should have the opportunity to learn an instrument. Research tells us that the younger we are the easier it is to learn a new skill, whether it be a musical instrument or a new language. So what are you waiting for?
I have been playing guitar for over 8 years, and have learnt from the likes of Rick Kradolfer from the band City Riots, and Mike Bevan, Guitar lecturer at the Elder Conservatorium of Music. I have 6 years experience playing in bands, including 3 years in my current band, Weekday Wolves, and 2 years as the guitarist for the Pembroke Big Band.
I have the ability to play and teach a wide variety of genres, including rock, pop, indie and jazz. I also specialise in teaching songwriting skills, and music technology/recording techniques. Therefore my services are especially ideal for aspiring guitarists wanting to one day perform in a band, or write and record their own music.
Facilities: Electric, Acoustic and Bass guitars provided upon request. Student may bring own instrument. PA System, Keyboard, Drums, recording studio and loop station setup.
Rates: – First lesson completely FREE, with no obligation to continue. – $25 for an hour lesson + travel time if home visit. – Discounted group lessons negotiable.
