Guitar is one of the most exciting, personal and versatile instruments, and is easlily accessible for people of all ages.
I have been playing electric and acoustic guitar for 17 years. I have recently completed a Bachelor degree in Music, and I have performed in numerous styles and bands for many years. I also have the capability to teach similar instruments such as banjo, mandolin or ukulele if necessary.
I believe that music should be fun and rewarding, and is a great way to teach the benefits of practicing a craft or hobby that can be a lifelong passion and creative outlet.
As a teacher, my number one priority is to give students the tools and desire to learn and progress organically, with a firm grounding in music theory and techniques.
My hours are flexible and I can easily travel for lessons in the City, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. For lessons outside these areas, let me know where you are and I’ll see what I can do, or you can come to me as I have a suitable teaching space at my residence.
My rates are $45 per hour or $25 for a half hour lesson, or if you book in for 10 weeks of lessons, you get two lessons free!
I have Working With Children certification, details for which are available on request.
