Jack Bennett has been playing drums professionally for 15 years right across the globe. Winning the open division of “Australia’s Best Up & Coming Drummer Competition” at age 18 in ’98, Jack has played with the likes of The Australian Showband, Mig Ayesa (RockStar INXS show), Jetty Road (No 1 country band), pro theatre shows Grease, Shout, Moonshadows and Hedwig & The Angry Inch. Jack is endorsed by Sleishman Drums, Sabian Cymbals & Vater Sticks, and in 2009 Sleishman launched the “Jack Bennett Signature Snare Drum” worldwide to critical acclaim. Jack also runs the worlds largest online drum lesson site – www.icanplaydrums.com which has a membership of over 110,000 drummers worldwide. Through this site he has filmed 10 instructional DVD sets (70 DVDs total), which have been reviewed in The Age, and Rhythm UK Magazine.
