Studying BMusic/BArts at UQ, Training and history of AMEB Practical and Theory exams, Blue Card approved
I am Jacqueline and I am in my final year of student studying a BMusic/BArts (Dual degree) at the University of Queensland, majoring in Violin Performance, and Ancient History.
I am available to tutor on violin and music theory. I firmly believe that each student deserves individual attention, and tailor every student’s lesson according to the person. All new students receive their first lesson free.
I am currently under the causal tutelage of Spiros Rantos & Adam Chalabi (Tinalley string Quartet, previous lecturer at ANAM). I am Principal 2nd Violin in the Queensland Youth Symphony, and the UQ Symphony Orchestra. I also took part in the 2016 Australian Youth Orchestra National Music Camp, in addition to my involvement in the 2015 in the July Season and National Music Camp. I perform as a soloist, small and large group performer and orchestral member regularly as part of my studies and external commitments, in venues small and large.
I have been trained in the A.M.E.B. syllabus, and received a High Distinction for 7th Grade A.M.E.B. practical exam (violin), and have completed the Music Theory courses in my tertiary studies with Distinctions. I have experience in Primary School Workshops and hold a current Blue Card. At the present time, I have completed all requirements for the Bachelor of Music.
Please contact me for availability, concerns and any other questions you may have. I am contactable on 0434 251 317 or Jacqueline.email@example.com.
