Current Student at VCA (Improviation), A+ in 8th grade AMEB piano in 2005, Very high scores in music subjects undertaken during year 12 (49, 48 and 45 out of 50).
Piano teacher, specialises in Improvisation and Contemporary styles. However, I am also classically trained and have gone through the AMEB grade system myself a few years ago. I have taught privately in the past and have enjoyed it very much. I take a very open approach to lessons in that, whilst I understand structure and technical training are essential, I always try to listen to the needs and wants of students and am willing to work with whatever direction they might want to go in. Though I would prefer to teach at home, I am willing to travel to the students house for lessons.
