Bachelor of Music Performance (DNSPM) of Paris National Conservatory of Music & Dance, Bachelor of Music Performance of University of Melbourne - VCAM, Casual Flute with Orchestra Victoria, L.Mus.A, A.Mus.A (distinction)
I am currently studying Masters of Music at the Paris National Conservatory of Music & Dance (CNSMDP), with Pierre-Yves Artaud. I travel back home from time to time.
In Australia, I have completed L.Mus.A and am a casual member of Orchestra Victoria. I was principal flute with Melbourne Youth Orchestra (MYO) from 2007-09. In 2010 I obtained my Bachelor of Music Performance degree at the University of Melbourne – Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts & Music (VCAM). I have also been chosen to play in Sydney Sinfonia, as well as Australian Youth Orchestra, which includes international touring. In 2012 I was a finalist in the 2nd flute auditions for the National Orchestra of France, and since then I have performed with them in concert as substitute flutist. I have won 1st prize in the International Flute Competition “Leonardo de Lorenzo” in 2011, 2nd prize in the National Young Flutist Competition of France in 2011, 2nd prize in the Australian Flute Competition 2009, the MYO and VCAM concerto competitions, the Leslie Barklamb Scholarship, the Leslie Barklamb Flute Award and the Encouragement Award in the 3MBS Young Performer Awards. I have also been a young academy musician at the Australian National Academy of Music.
The lesson fee is negotiable. I am flexible about lesson times. As a teacher, I hope that a love for music can give students’ confidence and a sense of achievement.
I live in the North-Eastern District of Melbourne, so I am able to teach around this location (Doncaster, Ivanhoe, Eaglemont, Heidelberg, Rosanna etc.), or in the city.
