Bachelor of Music Performance (Monash University)
A recent graduate of Monash University’s renowned Bachelor of Music Performance (HD average) and now studying an Honours degree of music at VCA. I am a regular performing musician, seen frequently at Melbourne’s best venues. My lessons are tailored to cater to the individual needs of each student, rather than teaching to the generic mould of a workbook.
I am the saxophone teacher at Victoria University secondary college, and I have around four years of private teaching experience in which I’ve seen students of all ages and talents. I am able to educate from complete beginners to more advanced players on alto, tenor and soprano saxophones. I teach from two very central locations!
St Kilda Road, Melbourne: accessible by almost every tram running south from the city
Thornbury: Very close to Thornbury station as well as High Street Trams.
I also teach clarinet, piano and music theory.
Lessons will be customised to each student and approached with the same passion that I approach music performance. My focus is transferring this passion on to students, meanwhile addressing the challenges of learning saxophone. I have four years of experience private teaching and an exemplory track record with many positive references available on request.
