Kristen Hardy has over ten years experience teaching music to children and adults across Sydney. She specialises in saxophone and is a graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
Kristen has been awarded the Associate Diploma (AMus.A) and Licentiate Diploma (LMus.A) from the Australian Music Examinations Board and has studied woodwind pedagogy with renown musical educator Mark Walton OAM.
She has had an active career as a performer having played as a soloist at the Sydney Opera House and in ensembles at popular music venues such as The Basement and The Vanguard. She has performed at events including the Manly Jazz Festival, Mungindi Music Festival, Melbourne International Festival of Single-Reeds and as a special guest soloist with the Northern Beaches Symphonic Wind Ensemble.
Kristen tailors her lessons to meet the needs and goals of each individual student and endeavours to make lessons engaging, educational and above all, fun.
