Master of Performance, Master of Teaching
Larissa’s area of expertise is singing and bandura (Ukrainian string instrument). She also teach music theory, harmony and solfeggio. Her educational background includes a Master of Performance majoring in voice, bandura and conducting from Kiev State Academy of Music (Ukraine) and a Master of Teaching from Sydney University (Australia).
Currently Larissa is teaching part time at the Australian Institute of Music (voice, solfeggio, piano), casually at school and privately. She also conducts a church choir (Ukrainian orthodox church) and sings in Sydney Philharmonia choir. Being a concert musician and soloist, Larissa participates in Musica Viva and Café Carnivale programs.
