Music encompasses a wide range of applications and holds the ability to connect with any individual. A music therapist is trained in facilitating experiences in music which open the way for communication and social interaction, increased self-awareness and self-worth as well as creating an added motivation for the client to venture beyond their physical and/or mental barriers.
Lesa Chung is a graduate of the UWS Master of Creative Music Therapy and the Sydney Conservatorium Bachelor of Music (Performance – Jazz). Lesa has a classical piano background and has achieved the Associate Diploma in Piano (AMEB).
Lesa also works as a piano teacher and band conductor in the Hills District and Northern suburbs. Travel to Western suburbs will also be considered.
