AMEB Clarinet grade 7, AMEB Theory grade 5, Trinity College London Singing grade 4
I have enjoyed performing on the clarinet since I first began my studies at nine years of age. My ambition is to inspire students to develop their skills and confidence in both the instrumental and theoretical aspects of music.
Some of my musical achievements to date include being a member of the Queensland Youth Orchestra Wind Symphony, 2011 – 2015, with which I have toured to North Queensland (2011) and Perth (2013); performing as a solo, chamber and orchestral clarinetist in numerous All Hallows’ School ensembles, 2007 – 2011; and receiving awards in the Enoggera Eisteddfod, Queensland Clarinet & Saxophone Society Competition and Brisbane Eisteddfod. I have also gained experience in music education as a volunteer music tutor at the Gladstone Independent Schools Music Association week-long music education workshop in 2012.
I hold a current blue card. I’m happy to respond to any queries you may have – I can be contacted via email.
