Graduate Certificate in Cello Performance, AMusA, AUSTA Member, ACMS Member, MBus
I started learning the cello at age 3 and began teaching part time at 14. I’m a great believer in lifelong learning and would love to help you in your journey as a cellist!
In June 2014 I completed a Graduate Certificate in Music Studies in Cello Performance at the Queensland Conservatorium under the tuition of Queensland Symphony Orchestra principal cellist David Lale and visiting international soloist Peter Bruns. I continue my professional development as a student of David Dornbusch and am working towards a Master of Music Studies in Cello Performance, with a view to graduating in 2016.
In 2011 I attended the International Music Academy Pilsen as a student of Miroslav Petráš and Suren Bagratuni. I perform regularly in Brisbane with Point Quartet and as principal cellist of the Sinfonia of St Andrews, Brisbane City Pops Orchestra and the Ady Ensemble and as associate principal of Corda Spiritus.
