Studying Bachelor of Music at QLD Conservatorium of Music
I am currently studying my first year at Queensland Conservatorium of Music on classical clarinet. I have been playing clarinet for approximately 10 years, and have been playing saxophone for 5. I can teach any student of any age, as I am easy to get along with no matter how mature.
I have been involved in many orchestras, symphonies and jazz bands, but I have also done solo work for both the clarinet and the saxophone. With the experience that I have had, teaching different genres to different students is not a problem for me.
Some of the experience I have had in playing my instruments are as follows:
Queensland Youth Orchestras Wind Ensemble – clarinet 3.1 (2013), clarinet 2.1 (2014), clarinet 1.1 (2015)
Queensland Youth Orchestras Wind Symphony – clarinet 1.6 (2016)
MOSt – 2013 & 2015
Creative Generations – 2013 (Baritone Saxophone in both Symphony Orchestra and Big Band), 2014 (Baritone Saxophone in both Symphony Orchestra and Big Band), 2015 (Baritone Saxophone in Symphony Orchestra, Tenor Saxophone in Big Band), 2016 (Alumni – Tenor Saxophone in both Symphony Orchestra and Big Band)
Logan Youth Music Exchange tour to Japan 2013 – Clarinet 2.1, Tenor Saxophone 2
Logan Youth Music Exchange tour to China 2014 – Clarinet 1.1, Alto Saxophone 1.1
