Scott Lloyd Shelly

I’m a former LA studio musician and guitar teacher with years of concert and club touring experience, and a fundamental love of guitar. Some of my former students have become very well known, some have simply discovered or renewed their passion for the instrument – I am grateful to have been able to help all of them become better players.
As a teacher, I believe in helping my students understand what they’re doing (theory), knowing how and when to use that knowledge (practical application), and generally improving technique.
Everyone is unique, and I will do my best to help you discover your personal best on guitar.
