B. Mus. (Hons) - Monash University
I have taught trombone, piano and theory to students ranging in age from 5 – 65 in high schools, primary schools, specialist music schools and privately since 2008. Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of the individual students, and are taught in a caring and professional manner. I have experience tutoring students undertaking VCE music and as a result I have a thorough understanding of the VCE syllabi. I have a Bachelor of Music with Honours from Monash University (2012) and have studied music at New York University (2010) in New York City. I am currently the Lower Brass tutor at Billanook College and a piano/trombone tutor at Mount Scopus Memorial College. I currently tutor 24 students a week in private lessons as well as conducting large bands and small group ensembles.
