M. Mus. St. (QCGU - Vocal Pedagogy), B.Mus (QUT)
Stephanie is a Queensland Conservatorium qualified voice teacher. She studied a Master of Music Studies in the area of vocal pedagogy, and has completed research units in the areas of musical theatre auditions and tongue tension. She previously gained a Bachelor of Music from QUT with majors in voice performance and composition. She has been teaching for eight years, and teaches most vocal styles for ages 6 and up. Stephanie is a professional member of the Australian National Association for Teachers of Singing (ANATS).
Stephanie has performed as a singer-songwriter, in bands, and in two musicals at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre Playhouse. She performs in all vocal styles that she teaches including belt, and is passionate about creating polished performances, writing interesting songs and developing aural and theory skills. She also teaches piano and often accompanies her students.
