Aaron is an enthusiastic and passionate piano teacher who is committed to ensuring that students enjoy the learning process and are able to augment their interest in piano playing, be it for performance or leisure.
Having commenced playing the piano at the age of 6 and obtaining his Licentiate diploma for piano performance during high school, Aaron is a highly qualified teacher with 15 years of experience as a pianist. Aside from the many competitions in which he has competed and won, he has also had years of experience in performing for concerts and special events as well as piano teaching. Throughout his years of piano performance and education, Aaron has amassed a wealth of knowledge in music performance which he aims to pass on to any student who is keen on learning.
One-on-one lessons are catered for classical and modern (pop) genres and students of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Aaron adopts a comprehensive approach to learning, with emphasis on developing artistry, sound finger technique and effective practice, which he believes is integral for performance at higher levels. Lessons are offered for AMEB piano exams (practical and leisure streams), ABRSM piano exams, VCE Music Performance or simply playing for leisure.
Lessons are conducted in the teacher’s piano studio in Doncaster East or at the convenience of your own home (extra fee applies). Rates are $35 for half an hour and $65 for one hour lessons.
