Adam Russo has been quietly carving out a niche as a gifted rhythm guitarist and banjoist in Melbourne's thriving trad jazz scene. Drawing early inspiration from Django Reinhardt and Charlie Christian, Adam can be found performing regularly around town as part of Catfish [gypsy jazz trio], Skiffle Party [50's UK high energy folk], and Dai, Ciccio [classic Italian jazz].
Adam has been teaching guitar for over 15 years, working in school and private settings. He has prepared students for VCE, AMEB, and ANZCA exams, and is passionate about getting students excited about the guitar.
