Advanced Violin & Chamber Music Coaching

I offer specialist violin coaching for advanced and highly motivated students, with a particular focus on musical development at a pre-professional level.

Lessons are individually tailored and designed to extend students beyond standard teaching frameworks, supporting both technical refinement and artistic growth. Emphasis is placed on developing a strong musical voice, independence in learning, and a deep understanding of style and interpretation.

Coaching may include:

Advanced technical development and refinement
AMEB / HSC performance preparation
Scholarship and selective school audition preparation
Competition and performance coaching
Chamber music coaching and ensemble skills

Students are guided to think critically, listen actively, and communicate with clarity in their playing. Where appropriate, lessons incorporate elements of chamber music training, encouraging collaboration, leadership, and musical awareness.

This work is best suited to students already demonstrating a high level of commitment and seeking a more focused and rigorous approach to their musical development.
