Lidcombe Private Studio - Piano Lessons

I am a music teacher with over 10 years of experience, teaching music privately in Burwood and also in various school programs around Sydney.

I come from a classical background and I have put most of my piano students through the AMEB exam system. Apart from classical pieces, I also like to encourage students to share with me the different styles of music that they are into, this sometimes gives students the opportunity to re-arrange music, learn about compositional techniques, explore and develop opinions on the various styles of music.

In their music learning journey, I believe that students should focus on developing and refining musical skills in order to play confidently. When they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and technique, they will be able to create music that is enjoyable to them and gain from the experience.
