Alejandro Duque’s latest classical guitar albums, Colombian Guitar Vol. 1; and Vol. 2. are now available at iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube.
Alejandro is a professional musician, teacher and researcher specialised in Classical Guitar. With more than 20 years of academic studies in various Conservatorium of Music abroad and Australia, he also has 18 years of music tutoring experience, plus 16 years of playing as guitarist with international Rock, Punk Rock and Metal bands.
Alejandro is a PhD (Candidate, Fine Arts and Music) at the University of Melbourne.
His lessons are structured and designed from the beginner to the advanced student. Alejandro's main goal is for the student to have fun while learning under professional and structured tuition.
Alejandro has prepared several students for AMEB (Australian Music Examination Board) as well as auditions for tertiary studies in Music Guitar Performance.

Alejandro has recently performed the Concerto for Four Guitars and Orchestra El Concierto Andaluz along with the Queensland Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra.
In 2017 he performed the iconic concerto for guitar and orchestra El Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo—together with the Ipswich City Orchestra.
Alejandro also won the first place in the guitar competition Guitar Prize 2014 at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University.
