Trombone Lessons

Hi there,
My name is Alexander Grace and I'm a trombone/brass tutor in the Marrickville and broader Inner West area. I have been teaching both privately and at schools for over seven years now, and am comfortable teaching students of all skill levels.

I'm a recent graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, majoring in Jazz trombone. I am a regular performer in the Sydney area.

My lessons focus on key musical areas such as, brass technique, sight reading, ear training, music theory, performance etiquette and overall instrument confidence. As well as AMEB exam preparation.

I also have several specialised jazz students who receive lessons that cover jazz improvisation, composition, history, and theory.

I currently teach out of my home studio in Marrickville.
