Alice Dawson-Damer

I offer personalised flute lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, with a focus on building strong technique and exploring a wide range of repertoire. Lessons are tailored to individual goals, whether you're preparing for an AMEB exam, playing in a school or community ensemble, or learning just for fun.

My teaching involves integrated theory and is supplemented with functional keyboard training where desired.

I come from a strong performance background, currently studying performance at the Sydney Conservatorium and specialising in historical flute. Teaching at various schools throughout Sydney, I am very familiar with school band programmes and their repertoire. I have experience teaching flute, piano and music theory.

I offer in-person lessons, travelling within the Eastern Suburbs and surrounding Sydney areas.
