Andrea is a graduate from The Sydney Conservatorium of Music majoring in the violin. She was under the tutalage of the Head of Strings Prof Goetz Richter and later Dr Marina Robinson. In 2014, she founded “The Chamber Project,” an arts organization with the mission to change the way classical music is presented in today’s society and to support emerging musicians as well as to include a wider audience.
I strongly believe that music education should be nurtured in an intrinsic manner and not an extrinsic one. With that, I strive to create and mould a student who would eventually be interested in music even if they weren't in the first place. I have aspirations for my students, which to me is very crucial aspect of being a teacher. I very much want any student that learns under me to love music, for music itself and not primarily just to attain grades. Most of all, I teach because I love it and I'm passionate about what I do and I want the best for you too.
