Music Theory and Tutoring

I am a graduate of Monash University having completed my Bachelor of Music (Jazz & Contemporary Performance). I studied VCE music throughout high school and completed my Certificate III in Music Industry. I received excellent marks in both theory and ear training throughout my musical education. I also perform and teach music on a regular basis.

I offer tutoring to anyone wishing to enhance their musical theory knowledge, especially those who are studying and need help in their VCE or tertiary education.

Common areas of lessons include:

• Chord scale relationships and scale theory

• Aural and ear training

• Rhythm and rhythmic dictation

• Sight reading

• Musical analysis and musicality

I structure lessons according to students needs and skill level and am flexible working with different programs such as AMEB, VCE or any other program the student may be working toward.
