Guitar lessons

Hi there! I am a Melbourne-based teacher primarily offering lessons in Guitar.

Lessons are individually tailored to the student with the aim of keeping the lessons fun and engaging. This could mean learning one of your favourite songs, working on technique or jamming! Ad-hoc lessons and short-term courses can be arranged, as well as regular lessons. Day time or evening lessons are available.

I am a skilled guitarist having graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) with a Bachelor of Music. Additionally I have been playing in touring bands for almost half a decade performing at notable Australian music events such as Rising, SXSW, Melbourne Music Week and others.

Upon request, I can also provide beginner to intermediate lessons in Ableton, Max MSP and/or recording techniques. I am also competent in programs such as Logic Pro, GarageBand and VCV Rack (beginner lessons only).

I have a home studio located in Footscray where I am happy to host lessons for adult students. The studio has a drum kit as well as plenty of recording equipment so is ideal for students with an interest in jamming or recording techniques.

Otherwise I’m happy to travel however depending on the distance from Footscray an additional travel fee may be required.

I have a Victorian Working With Children Check.
