Guitar Lessons

Our guitar lessons incorporate pickstyle and fingerstyle techniques, providing a comprehensive learning experience. Starting with two primary coursebooks focused on pickstyle, students learn the core notes of each string. As you progress to the second coursebook, we introduce AMEB classical guitar exams emphasising fingerstyle technique. These exams, introduced based on suitability and practice commitment, are highly suited for continuous progression and help develop well-rounded skills.

Note reading is non-negotiable for kids, ensuring a solid foundation in music literacy. Older students can primarily use guitar TAB. We offer guitar lessons for students aged six and up. For younger children, we recommend starting with piano or ukulele lessons.
