Clarinet Lessons

Hi! I’m Bianca, a third year clarinettist currently studying at the Queensland Conservatorium. I have been playing for 11 years now and teaching for 9. I completed my grade 8 AMEB exam in 2020 with a high distinction, and have been continuing to develop my skills under renowned musicians such as Paul Dean and Irit Silver.

I have taught many students of different levels and ages and prepared them for AMEB exams, ensemble/school auditions, and competitions. As someone who has recently taken part in many of these I know the ins and outs of these stressful processes and can help provide a smooth experience. I focus on taking an individual specific approach for each student to develop their technical and musical skills while still having fun!

I am happy to teach from ages 8 and up, and can travel to areas surrounding Taringa (Indooroopilly, Toowong, St Lucia etc.) although I prefer if students could travel to my home studio.

I also tutor primary-high school classroom music, and beginner-intermediate music theory.
