The Sound Collective is a modern vocal ensemble based in Morningside, Brisbane. We are not a “conventional” choir and aim to transform the whole concept of group singing in Australia. We are also for the grown ups, with members aged from 18 years and over.
Produced by QLD Conservatorium graduates, our focus is firmly on fun whilst maintaining attention to healthy and efficient singing techniques. The Sound Collective’s repertoire is amazingly diverse including hits from pop, rock, jazz, soul, dance, hollywood, broadway and all the classics so there is absolutely something for everyone.
The Sound Collective group consists of experience ranging from beginners to fully trained experienced singers and quite a few members had never sung outside their shower before they joined us. So it’s time for you to ‘come out’ and share your inner singing star, in a supportive and inspiring environment!
