Drum Kit Lessons

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Music (Performance) in Percussion with Shaun Trubiano at Sydney Conservatorium of Music. I have a large amount of orchestral percussion experience (NSW Youth Orchestra, Ku-ring-gai Philharmonic Orchestra, current Principal Percussion of Sydney Youth Orchestra Flagship). Highlights of solo performing included performing 'The Russian Marimba Concerto' at Chatswood Concourse (sold out) as well as competition experience (2020 MSO Snare Drum Award winner, 2nd Place 2019 Australian Marimba Competition, Percussion 'Champion of Champions' at the 2019 NSW State Solos, 1st Place in Snare Drum at the 2019 Australian Percussion Eistedfodd). Through all this, I began and continued on drum kit, going through the Rockschool grades, and believe that drum kit is a great foundation for coordination as well as all the percussion instruments.
