Are you looking for a Piano teacher that will teach you or your beginner child everything they need to know from the ground up...then I may just be the one you are looking for!!

My name is Carla, I greatly enjoy teaching children and teens piano and also have experience teaching beginner/refresher adults. My approach is to teach a person everything they need to know about music in a way that is fun and interactive. This helps to develop the joy of the instrument and the joy of practicing it!

I incorporate theory, basic musicianship skills and practice into lessons and I am offering lessons to Beginners to take them though to approximately Piano grade 2.

I am an experienced Musician and have completed extensive study in Music theory, Musicianship and the Comprehensive Practice of music (Pianoforte) through the Australian Musical Examinations Board (AMEB). I would be able to prepare a student for an AMEB exam if that becomes a milestone they ultimately wish to achieve for a challenge using their new skills.

I hold a current WWVP registration.
