Charlotte is a Violinist currently based in Canberra, who is passionate about creativity, communicating stories and igniting sentiment in others through music performance. She has been absorbed in music from a young age, and graduated from The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree with Honours. Charlotte enjoys playing a wide variety of genres including art music from the 19th and 20th century’s, Baroque music, and Celtic or folk music; playing solo, as well as with many other ensembles, singer-songwriters and orchestras.

Charlotte hopes to inspire her students with this same passion for music and the violin, whilst providing them with the support and tuition for improvement on musicality and technique.
Lessons are available for a variety of styles, in a supportive, encouraging and positive environment. It is Charlotte’s aim for all of her students to fall in love with the violin, and encourages them to find the style of music that they are most excited by!

Charlotte teaches from an array of different violin books, including AMEB, Suzuki and Abracadabra, or by ear, and will help to refine technique, sound and musicality.

She also offers theory lessons and tutoring for high school music.
