I have been teaching very young beginners to intermediate level students for many years in a safe learning environment. I understand that theory provides the key to understanding music and my students are expected to learn the fundamentals.
I also understand that examination is not for everyone and that students want to learn to play for their own enjoyment and that of their social group.
