The teaching studio in Stafford in Brisbane's inner north is a quiet, residential area close to the walking, cycling and dog-friendly Kedron Brook. Sandwiched in between the suburbs of Lutwyche, Grange, Gordon Park, Kedron and Wooloowin, there is also access for students walking or travelling by bus.

​As the teaching resources at Counterpoint Music are developed with a focus on teenagers and older students, lessons are not usually suitable for children under 10 years of age.
