Craig Parry aka Puzahki is a composer, performer, sound designer and music technology educator.
Craig lectures at the Griffith University Conservatorium of Music in Electronic Ensemble Techniques and Digital Music Composition, teaches DJing and VJing at Marist College Ashgrove and is the Co-Founder of Music Tech Academy, a private learning institution for traditional instrumentation and contemporary music technology with a roster of over 90 active students.
He has been practicing as a musician since early childhood, performing in bands and as a DJ for over 15 years, involved in professional recording and composition for 12 years and has been teaching and holding educational music workshops for 5 Years. Since October 2014 Craig has been a resident weekly DJ at the Kity Bar Treasury Casino playing Funk, Soul, Disco, House and Breaks.
Craig currently spends the majority of his time focused on his school M.T.A. developing curriculum, hosting workshops and private tuition. He divides the rest of his time between sound design for loop pack & Synths, composition for film, operating as a Mix and Mastering Engineer and DJing in a wide variety of styles.
He is the founder of Weird Dance Music, a label and events group launched in 2014 with a focus on experimental dance genres such as Glitch, Acid, IDM, Wonky, Techno et al.
