Daniel Guo has completed a Masters of Teaching and a Bachelor of Music with 1st class Honours at UNSW as a Scientia Scholar. He has achieved a LMusA in piano and First in State in HSC Music 2 and Music Extension, with full marks. Daniel studied at the University of California, Berkeley, completing an intensive piano program of contemporary works and piano accompaniment, including participation in masterclasses with Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Malcolm Martineau.
Daniel is also an Honorary Carillonist at the University of Sydney, regularly playing at graduation ceremonies and recitals. He was awarded Joyce Black Carillon Scholar, and has played carillons around the world, such as the Belfry of Bruges and the Westerkerk in Amsterdam.
