About The Teacher:
Daniel’s strong passion for music has led him to attain over nine years of experience in instrumental teaching. He has conducted individual and ensemble lessons that consisted of students from all age levels. During this time he has prepared students for performance as well as examinations including VCE and AMEB. Having instructed a large range of students of varied levels of experience and abilities from beginner to advance, he draw’s from pedagogies pertained to musical styles of which include jazz, rock, blues, pop, country, classical and more.

In lessons, Daniel provides a creative space that allows students to progress in an enjoyable and relaxed environment. The lesson is used to provide the student with a practical knowledge ascertained from the instrument and an explanation of theoretical components that are inherent within the music.

Each lesson is catered towards the growth of a musical artist or ensemble. To further encourage this growth Daniel adapt’s through constant preparation, this includes pre planning lessons and employing reliable resources that are regarded as industry standard in modern instrument pedagogy.

Daniel continues to perform in venues all across Melbourne. Some of these venues that include: The Melbourne Recital Centre, Bennetts Lane, Federation Hall, Uptown Jazz Cafe and more.

Daniel has a working with children check (WWC).

Lesson rate:
$30 for half an hour
$40 for 45 minutes
$50 for a full hour
