David Reynolds

I’m David, a professional guitarist with over 20 years of experience as a performer, tutor, and music producer. My passion for guitar drives me to mentor students at all levels, from beginners to advanced players, helping you master the instrument.

I’ve performed across Australia and internationally, including in New Zealand, the United States, East Timor, Solomon Islands, and the Middle East. You can often catch me playing around Melbourne with my trio or collaborating with blues vocalist Andrea Marr.

My teaching style is practical and engaging, tailored to your individual needs. I cover everything from soloing techniques and songwriting to music production and performance skills. Plus, my YouTube channel, RandomJammer, has over 23,000 subscribers and serves as a valuable educational resource for guitarists worldwide.

I also mentor musicians through the ADF Arts for Recovery program, helping Australian Defence Force personnel use music as a tool for recovery and confidence-building.

As a seasoned music producer since 2016, I’ve worked with The DA’s Office on music for shows like Masterchef, Celebrity Apprentice, and The Great Australian Bake Off, as well as for films and documentaries.
