Dean Gordon Drums

Hi, I’m Dean Gordon and welcome to Dean Gordon Drums - a Brisbane based drum school offering one on one private lessons either face to face or online via Zoom.

I discovered my love for drums at the age of 12 and since 2013, I’ve been playing for ARIA award winning Brisbane band, Sheppard. I have supported artists such as Justin Bieber, Elton John, Robbie Williams, Keith Urban and Meghan Trainor and performed around the world in front of hundreds of thousands of people at music festivals like Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and Pinkpop.

My extensive experience in live performance and studio work has granted me with the insight and the ability to pass down knowledge to newcomers and seasoned players alike, in a fun and enthusiastic way.

I offer to teach the AMEB Rockschool curriculum and provide video exams from Debut through to Grade 8 in both the Graded and Performance certificates.
