Eli Green is a freelance Drummer/Percussionist from Adelaide, South Australia.
First picking up the sticks at age 7, Eli's passion for the drums was ignited. A passion that followed him through his formative years to this very day. Leaving school early to complete a Diploma of Music in 2011, Eli has since developed a reputation in the local & national music scene as a hard-working, up & coming musician.

You will most often find Eli working with local Adelaide artists, Julia Henning & Life Pilot. His work with these acts has been praised by major media outlets (Triple J, Blunt Magazine, Channel Ten, Channel V) and has seen him performing to crowds at many of Australia's largest venues & festivals (WOMADelaide, Soundwave Festival, The Sydney Opera House, BIGSOUND).

Eli is perhaps most-well known for his work with seminal post-punk band, The Mark of Cain. He has been their touring drummer since their 2013 ‘Songs of Third & Fifth’ album tour, where he filled in for US rock-drumming legend - John Stanier, to the delight of fans & media alike. Eli continues to tour with the act to this day.

Regarded for his attention to sound and texture in his playing, Eli was recently invited to join the Artist roster of C&C Drums & Dream Cymbals.
