Elise Bergersen

I have always been passionate about music and have been playing clarinet for 12 years and bass clarinet for three. I have successfully completed all AMEB grades. I am currently working towards my Certificate of performance (CMus). I have been teaching clarinet for five years, mostly primary ages or early high school years. In 2020, I was the tutor at two different primary schools in Sydney. I am a third year University student this year, and was heavily involved with both my primary and high school's ensembles including concert band, wind ensemble and orchestra, which helped me develop ensemble skills. I also volunteered to tutor the clarinet players in younger years at school for Duke of Edinburgh.
I am a keen and enthusiastic teacher who wants to help every young musician experience the joy and potential of music.
