Elise Jeffrey

Hi, my name is Elise. I love teaching students of all ages in my studio in Nollamara, Perth, Western Australia.

At my studio students don't just learn to read music. They learn to be creative through improvisation and composition. Students get to perform for others in a supportive environment if they choose to. They get to use technology to enhance their learning and do activities away from the instrument to reinforce concepts in different ways. Most importantly, we have lots of fun learning together and through this process students develop an appreciation and love of music to stay with them for life.

My Background
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Australia where I studied piano performance. I also have a Bachelor of Music degree from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where I studied trombone performance.
I have been teaching for 14 years.
