Piano Lessons

I have been teaching piano for twelve years both privately and in group lessons in schools. I have taught adults and children of all ages from a beginner to intermediate level.

My lessons are completely planned around each individual students' needs, abilities and goals. My aim is to ensure each student has fun and enjoys what they are playing. While I can guide students through AMEB exams, I do not think this is the only way to become an amazing musician and want each of my students to learn music theory and practical techniques by playing the pieces they love.

I am primarily a classical pianist, but love to teach modern music as well, including pop, rock, blues, movie/television scores and game scores. I also teach music theory.

I am a young, female teacher with great patience, understanding and sensitivity. But most of all, I want to make sure each lesson is filled with excitement and passion for music.
