Music Production Lessons (Ableton Live)

Hello, my name is Fionn!

I am a highly skilled and versatile musician with over 20 years of experience in education, production, composition, and performance.

After completing a Certificate in Music Production at Barnet College, I earned a Bachelor of Music with Honours from the University of Westminster (London). I am deeply dedicated to my craft and passionate about sharing my knowledge and love of music.

For the past 20 years, I have taught both privately and at various institutions across London, Sydney, and Melbourne. I have prepared students of all ages for VCE and AMEB music examinations, as well as public and school performances, including ensembles and bands.

As an artist, my career highlights include a headline performance at the National Gallery of Victoria and releasing music on UK-based record labels such as Tuckshop and CoOp Presents. Over the past decade, I have been an active figure in the Melbourne music scene as a teacher, performer, producer, and composer. I have self-produced, recorded, and released music under various projects, including my solo project Finn Irregular (available on all streaming platforms).

As an educator, I have a strong track record of student retention and customer satisfaction. I tailor lessons to each individual, recognizing that everyone has their own unique approach to learning. Having taught at over seven different schools in Melbourne, I am known for creating a welcoming and encouraging learning environment.

I teach from my home studio on Thornbury High Street and welcome students of all ages and musical styles. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills in music production, I’d love to help you on your musical journey.
