I am an honours graduate from the University of Melbourne, where I completed a Bachelor of Music in the study of violin. During my training in Melbourne I studied under Mary Johnston, Alice Waten, Mark Mogheilevski and Helen Ayres. Since graduating in 2012 I have played professionally across Australia, and held positions teaching violin at Genazzano FCJ College, Eltham High School, Nossal High School, St Monica's College, St Augustine's College, and most notably, developing the now thriving strings program at the Cairns Hinterland Steiner School. Between 2014 and 2016 I was conducted the Cairns String Orchestra (a community orchestra for children), and organised a biannual strings workshop for the community of Far North Queensland.

In 2017 I am based in the Netherlands while I further my studies in baroque violin at the Royal Conservatory at the Hague, where I am studying with Walter Reiter. As I am overseas all my lessons are conducted over skype or zoom, with materials provided in pdf form via email. I hope to maintain my teaching base this way because teaching is my passion, and I thrive on sharing my enjoyment of playing music with others. My lessons are student focussed and my goal is to help you achieve your goals in the most positive and life affirming way possible. I am organised, consistent, patient, insightful, and creative. My lessons are fun and packed full of information. Hope to hear from you soon :)
