Freya Schack-Arnott

I am a professional free-lance cellist, who performs with the likes of the Australian Ballet Opera Orchestra and Australian Chamber Orchestra. I also have a contemporary practice, currently performing my own compositions with Belvoir Theatre and notable singer-songwriters across the country.

I am also the strings co-ordinator and conductor at Stanmore Public and I teach all ages.

My teaching method focuses on honing a good technique within a musical context that makes sense for the aims and aspirations of the individual student.
